In order to operate sustainably, all items are made-to-order just for you! Therefore, cancellations or changes to orders can only be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Your order may be too far into production after 24 hours so we cannot guaranteed cancellations or changes after that.

We will not refund for delayed shipments or if a package is not received by the desired date.

In the unlikely event that your items) arrive damaged or defective, please message us within 30 days of your order with a photo of the damage and we will gladly reship a new one.
